Strength of community is everything. With the health crisis we’re facing around the world, in America and in Delaware it is very important we strengthen ourselves as people and community. Hardships are upon many and as homeowners on leased land it is important to stay strong. Our Dues are only $20.00 a year and we need every homeowner to support the association for the sake of the community. Attached is our 2020 Membership Form. Please print , compete and return with a $20.00 check to address listed. The weather is starting to perk-up as Spring approaches and it won’t be long Bay City will be in full swing for the summer season.

Ensures that changes to State Code are disseminated per Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association (DMHOA)*. (It is mandated that property owners inform HOAs of impending changes that will affect the community and you financially.)

Keeps home owners up on what is going on at State level reference laws that affect their lives and finances.
Keeps home owners aware what is happening within the community.
HOA represents the development at the monthly DMHOA meeting.
DMHOA membership strengthens our voice when speaking to state legislation and introducing legislation (laws) that affect manufactured housing.

DMHOA’s Holiday Party December 16th 6:30 pm
Join us for the DMHOA monthly meeting/Holiday Party.
DMHOA will provide drinks, soda, water and coffee. Please bring food to share: hot, cold dishes or desserts, enough for 10 to share. We will have a very short business meeting to start the evening then its on to the Party. We will also have door prizes. Admission is free and open to anyone living in manufactured housing on leased land

Mark your calendars, January 11th 2020 DMHOA Training.
DMHOA will conduct its free Homeowner “Know Your Rights” Seminar.
This training is designed to educate homeowners how to protect their most important investment – their home. Topics covered include homeowners rights on leased land, agencies that support homeowners, Title 25, Chapter 70 which is the landlord tenant code established by State law, vital Legislative information to include the ins and outs of arbitration.
